Autumn beckons you.
Blazing aspens and evergreen conifers make a stunning contrast in the mountainous terrain of eastern California in this early dawn 2017 photo I took near the 10,000 foot elevation.
As I asked God what to write with my photo, I felt the Lord saying there are many of you who are encountering challenging situations.
Perhaps it’s a loved one in the hospital. A trying situation on the job. Maybe it’s a rift in a family relationship that needs healing. Or financial lack ~ a bit too much month for the money to last.
Whatever you are facing, when life feels like an uphill climb into the rarefied air of uncertainty and pain ~ like traveling the steep and narrow, winding mountainside road to get to this view ~ God wants you to stop, take a rest, and see the beauty in each situation, no matter how challenging it is.
Focus not on what you lack or impending gloom or doom.
